David has

Paul

years, he has successfully completed strategic
transactions on his own behalf.

an additional 17 years experience as a senior executive
and analyst in the financial
industry.
Paul began his professional career with Arthur
Andersen & Co., was a Managing Director of StoneGate
Partners,
LLC, Vice President of Boston Equity Management Co., Inc. and
Director of Business Development at Interactive Sciences
Corporation. He has been the owner and CEO of Viatel, Inc., CMI,
Inc., Ziti Graphics, Inc. House of Bianchi, Inc. and was a principal
of Hands On Learning. He has served, as a director of Boston
Private Bank & Trust Company, Inc., Mt. Washington Bank, Amcare
Medical Services, Inc., Growth Group III, Inc. and various
charitable organizations. Paul is a graduate of
Boston
College.
